TONGLI SHREDDER/TONGLI MACHINE was founded in Zhengzhou of China in 1985, has a deep rooted history with 36 years manufacturing experience in the field of scrap metal recycling equipment.

INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING & TRAINING

TONGLI SHREDDER/TONGLI MACHINE has a professional and experienced technician team which is in charge of installing our equipment abroad, we can finish the installation in shortest time under the conditions that our customers complete foundation construction, power available, necessary tools and workers.

After completing the installation, we will commission the whole plant with feeding scrap materials, and check if the equipment run well. Commissioning is very important.
There are English & Chinese version on the Electronic control system display, our technician will training your operator how to use the machinery well with safety and maintain it properly, this assure the machinery achieve the full efficiency.



TECHNICAL SUPPORT

We can send technical drawings to our customers to help understand the whole plant and make foundation. Our trained experts are ready to help our customers solve the problems as soon as possible. The assistance service can be by phone or by Email, this is quick and high-efficient, it's the first step that our customers clarify the causes and extend of the problems, the second step is our trained experts provide the solutions.
