Qatar customer is one of the biggest scrap metal recycling company, they are dedicated to increase their capacity of scrap metal recycling. This company arranged a visit to TONGLI SHREDDER and prefer our horizontal metal shredder with 8t/h capacity. To verify TONGLI SHREDDER’s horizontal metal shredders have higher processing ability, we run it to shred ferrous scrap metal and non-ferrous scrap metal, its final granularity is 140mm which can be adjusted by its sieve plate. They are impressed by our equipment, they believe that they saw and heard, then placed the order with us during their visit.

We manufactured the complete scrap metal shredder production line in 415V, 50HZ, 3phase.

After one month, we exported to Doha Qatar, it took 1 month to reach the destination port. Then TONGLI SHREDDER technician went to Doha Qatar to guide the installation. After installing well, TONGLI technician train their workers about how to operate and maintain the equipment, now the company started to produce high quality pure iron to their domestic and overseas market.
