Online video call helps our customer debug KPS2016 copper and aluminum water tank shredding line
In mid-January 2021, Our Qatar customer ordered a complete set of KPS2016 copper and aluminum radiator recycling plant/ water tank shredding and sorting production line. After the equipment was tested run successfully in TONGLI factory, we shipped the goods to Qingdao port of China, loaded into containers and export to Qatar.

APPLICATION
Shredding radiator scraps by vertical shredder with 315kw motor provides the strong power to shred radiator into round granularity in a highly efficiency, recycling pure iron by magnetic drum separator, separate and recycle pure copper and aluminum finally, gravity sorting machines use frequency converter to adjust the vibration speed and fan power so as to make sure the sorting purity to reach 99.9%.
Our customer received the goods in early April 2021, due to COVID-19 epidemic, our technical engineers can’t go to the customer’s site for installation and commissioning. We send user’s manual, drawings and instructions online, and online video call to help our customer install and debug the complete production line: KPS2016 Radiator recycling plant, copper and aluminum water tank shredding production line.
Before shipment the KPS2016 copper and aluminum water tank shredding production line, our sales staff has already marked and sorted the various parts, and take videos as detailed as possible, that help our customer’s staff install the complete production line quickly on site. Online video call communication mainly solved two problems:
1. Connection of Electric control cabinet.
It is the key to control the operation of the entire production line. The internal circuit is relatively complicated. When our customer installed and tested for the first time, it failed to reach the ideal data value. We make a video call to help our customer find out the reason and solve it finally.
2. Copper and aluminum sorting system. It can be seen from the video that the copper and aluminum were not well separated during the customer's on-site test in the beginning. Although the equipment has been tested in our factory before delivery, there may have been slight changes in the transportation process due to bumps and other reasons. So we guide our customer to check some details and solve it finally.
In response to these two issues, our customer’s staff checked the product drawings and instructions in detail at first, and then communicated in detail with our sales staff and technical engineers through online video call.
Received good feedback from our customers in this morning, the KPS2016 copper and aluminum water tank shredding production line has been debugged and officially put into production. It took about half a month from installation to production.
